My Understanding After Studying the Project
When people talk about Dholera, many imagine a private real estate project. I also thought the same years ago.
After reading project reports and watching development progress, my view changed a bit.
Dholera looks more like a government driven city where private builders come later.
Most early progress like roads, canals, and service lines exists because the state government pushed the work step by step.
Projects like Dholera Special Investment Region usually move slowly, but when the government remains involved for many years, the foundation becomes stronger.
